The blues/rock group Glamour Puss has been entertaining the masses for the past 8 years with its boisterous rhythms and endless energy, as well as its songs with catchy lyrics and accents.
Wire & Wood is made up of powerful lyrics, enhanced by Travis’ energized guitar, Roger’s keyboard and vivid voice, some of Don’s best moments on the saxophone, as well as Paul and Ron’s amazing rhythm section.
Wire & Wood was produced by Michael Jerome Browne, known as one of the best acoustic musicians in Canada. (Michael also contributed to the album). The 15 tracks are full of originality with 13 new songs composed by Travis Furlong and Roger Cormier. Don Rodgers has contributed a first instrumental track and the band also performs a remake of John Lee Hooker’s Boom Boom.
